2006年高考的硝烟还未散去,全国各地对于试卷的分析却早已开始了。而我们也不妨换一个角度来看看这次的广东卷。
新概念二册与历年高考英语的关系相信是不言而喻的。而这一次我们又再一次的在单项选择,完形填空,短文改错三道大题中看到了新二的影子。
一、语法点的考查
(单项)32. The young girl sitting next to me on the plane was very nervous. She before.

(解析)对时态的考查依然没有放弃,但明显难度已有所降低。新概念二册涵盖了英语里比较常用的12种时态。而题目中所涉及到的时态分别在新概念二册的第4课,第3课,14课,第7课中作为重点进行了讲解。由于完成时的间标志词before,故可将B, D,排除。而关键词was最终将正确答案锁定为C.
(单项)27. Sarah had her washing machine repaired the day before yesterday, she?
A. had B. did C. hadn't D. didn't
(解析) 今年的广东卷已不再单一的考查某一个知识点,而是更多的把多个知识点综合到一道题目中考查。这道题首先考查的是have的用法。在新概念二册中有四篇课文讨论了have 的用法。分别是18,42,66,90课。而题目关注的是66课的重点结构have sth done。在这个结构中have是一个实义动词。其次这道题还考查了68课中所出现的反意疑问句。反意疑问句的结构是陈述句+一般疑问句。再加上此题目应为前肯后否型,就不难确定正确答案D。

(解析)对于非谓语动词的考查一直都是我们关注的对象。而新概念二册也将此作为了第三单元的重点。59课,目的状语。不定式to do, in order to do, so as to do,都可以用来引导目的状语,但在句首我们选择to do或者in order to do。 答案也就呼之欲出,C。

(解析)新概念二册83课,状语从句的省略中提到,在时间,条件,让步状语从句中如果主,从句主语一致,并且从句谓语动词中有be动词,则可以从句主语,be动词同时省略。我们的29题,正是由no matter how 所引导的让步状语从句。通过观察不难看出原句应为No matter how frequently the works of Beethoven are performed, the works of ………。省略从句主语和be 动词之后,答案选A。

(解析)改错84题的关键是要找到关键词see。在新概念二册35课中同样出现了关键词see. See 在主动句中要求后面的动词省略不定式符号to. 故我们不难看出84题应该去掉to。
二、单词及词组的考查
(单项)25. I was still sleeping when the fire , and then it spread quickly.
A. broke out B. put out C. came out D. got out
(解析)新概念二册95课中出现固定搭配break out 表示火灾,战争,瘟疫等的“爆发”。而put out 也在二册中多次出现,虽同样与火相关,但译为“扑灭”。

(解析)第78课中重点词汇suffer的用法。搭配suffer from 承受痛苦。

(解析)通过观察不难看出此处需要的是表示“成长”的词组。而grow up 在二册17课中已grown up 形式出现,在第8课多项选择题第9题中出现。而干扰项live through 只能译为“经过困难,危险之后仍然活着”。明显与本题目的意思不符。

(解析)四个选项在新二中都有出现。36课单词—anxiously “焦急地”;57课单词—eager“热切的”;60课单词—impatiently“不耐烦地”;12课单词—proud“自豪的”。答案自然选A。
(改错)When a young man starts to earn his own living, he can no longer expect others to pay his food, his clothes, 76.
(解析)新二第11课,最后一句的关键词组是pay for“为…付帐”。76题应该根据这一点在pay 后加上介词for。
